GoConnectHub (“the Platform”) is a digital service connecting vehicle owners, verified drivers, parking providers, lift clubs, and scholar transport operators. By creating a profile or using the Platform, users agree to the Terms & Conditions. GoConnectHub acts solely as a connection platform and is not a transport operator, employer, or agent; users manage their own contracts, payments, and disputes. All users must provide accurate and valid information and comply with South African transport laws. Drivers must submit valid licenses, PDPs, and police clearances, while owners and advertisers must ensure accurate listings. Subscription packages (Silver, Gold, Platinum) provide access to features and vetting services; fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

GoConnectHub is not liable for accidents, disputes, or losses arising after users connect and may suspend accounts for fraudulent or non-compliant activity. These Terms are governed by South African law. Under the POPIA-compliant Privacy Policy, personal information is collected solely for vetting and compliance, securely stored, and shared only with authorized partners. Users may access, correct, or delete their data or withdraw consent, understanding this may limit access. By signing up, users declare that their information is true, consent to verification, accept full responsibility for their conduct, and indemnify GoConnectHub from any related liability.

By using GCH, you acknowledge that all driver verifications and document checks are valid only at the time of connection. Documents may expire or change after that point, and GCH does not guarantee ongoing validity. You accept that suitability and ongoing compliance of the driver is your responsibility.

GCH is a Connector, Not a Service Provider. GCH is a third-party platform that facilitates connections between drivers and vehicle owners. We are not a recruitment agency, transport provider, or mobility service. We do not employ, manage, or oversee drivers or vehicles. All agreements, responsibilities, and liabilities between owners and drivers are solely between those parties.

For Owners:

You acknowledge that GCH does not provide transportation services, manage drivers, or guarantee their performance. You are solely responsible for engaging and managing any driver you connect with.

GoConnectHub may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The most current version will always be available on the platform.

As a GCH Vehicle Owner, I commit to upholding the highest standards of professionalism, safety, and integrity while on the platform. By checking the boxes below, I confirm that I understand and agree to each statement: I will stay fully sober while driving or performing any GCH duties. I will not consume alcohol, use illegal substances, or engage in behavior that impairs my ability to drive safely.

I will not smoke or use tobacco in the vehicle or during any GCH-related activities. I will use respectful language at all times and avoid profanity, abusive, or offensive speech with passengers, colleagues, or the public. I will be honest and accurate about my identity, qualifications, and driving record, and will not misrepresent myself in any way. I will follow all laws and GCH policies, ensuring that my conduct is safe, professional, and aligned with the values of GCH. I have read, understood, and agree to comply with the GCH Vehicle Owner Code of Conduct.

By submitting this registration, I acknowledge that violating any of these commitments may result in suspension or removal from the GCH platform. I understand and agree that: My personal information will be processed in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 (POPIA). GoConnectHub may display limited and relevant information such as my name, contact details, driving qualifications, service area, and profile details to potential clients solely for connection and engagement purposes. My information will not be shared, sold, or disclosed to third parties for any other purpose without my explicit consent. I may withdraw this consent at any time by providing written notice to GoConnectHub.
